Shipping policy
1. ORDER DELIVERY
• Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 3–4 business days.
• Other Governorates: Orders are delivered within 5–6 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Cairo and Giza orders only.
• All orders delivered to other Governorates must be paid in full in advance.
2. ORDER PACKAGING & DELIVERY
• For security and quality control reasons, packages cannot be opened before payment and acceptance.
• Partial deliveries are not available. Customers must accept the complete order or return the entire order.
• Sending multiple items or options for customers to choose from upon delivery is not available.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@rwanagiza.com.
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• All items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
4. REFUNDS
• All returns must be processed in person at our Rwan Agiza branch in New Cairo, Fifth Settlement.
• Customers must contact us at info@rwanagiza.com before visiting the branch to arrange the return.
• Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Team upon receipt.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via InstaPay.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
5. SHIPPING FEES
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges.
• Any additional delivery charges incurred due to a return or exchange will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
LOCAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer Standard shipping on orders all over Cairo. Shipping time is usually 3-5 Business Days. Please note that rates may vary from one zone to another.
All orders shipped to local governorates are delivered within 6-9 Business Days. We do our best to ship all over Egypt, so we are proudly shipping to the below Egyptian Governorates. Please be aware that shipping rates may vary from one location to another.
Zone 1 Shipping Rates:75 Egyptian Pounds
Zone 2 Shipping Rates (Alexandria) -150 Egyptian Pounds
Zone 3 Shipping Rates (Al Sharqia - Asyut - Beheria - Beni Suef - Dakahlia - Damietta - Faiyum - Gharbia - Ismailia - Kafr El-Sheikh - Minya - Monufia - New Valley - Port Said - Qalyubia - Sohag - Suez): 90 Egyptian Pounds
Zone 4 Shipping Rates (Aswan - Luxor - Qena - Red Sea): 200 Egyptian Pounds
*Please keep in mind that during SALE periods, this time can be a little longer.
Bags are non refundable You may pass by our showroom at New Cairo to return the product with one day however, you will need to contact us on: +201224833343 to schedule an appointment prior passing by.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Rwandesigns ships all over the world. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.
