Refund & Exchange Policy

For shipping within Egypt, you may always check and try our product while the courier awaits you for 5-10 minutes. In case you no longer wish to have the product, you can return it with the courier.

Please inspect your purchase while the courier is still standing , to return the items immediately your are kindly requested to pay the delivery fees.

In the event of receipt, the product is not returned/exchanged.
